Sound Bath-
This ultra relaxing service can be a stand alone session or added to another service for ultimate relaxation benefits. Sound baths can help reduce anxiety and depression, diminish pain levels, relieve insomnia and tension, and reduce stress levels by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. I use a combination of healing instruments including, tuning forks, copper bowls, crystal singing bowls, and pyramids to fully relax you and help you receive a therapeutic and meditative experience while “bathing” in the sounds and vibrations that can bring about healing at mental, emotional, and physical levels. 30 minute session $30.00
